Petrock's Liquors requests information from customers on the online order form. Here the customer must provide contact information (name, shipping address, etc.) and payment information (credit card number, expiration date, etc). Petrock's Liquors makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of New Jersey. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with Petrock's Liquors, buyer authorizes Petrock's Liquors to act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver buyer’s order.
